Since 1997 MKJ Company has been providing personalized community management services in the Reno area.
MKJ is committed to providing up-to-date financial reports, weekly compliance inspection, current website information and maintenance, delinquent assessment collection, annual homeowner meeting and election of officers and a direct line to the owner of the company, Mike Joseph.
Mike will guarantee one-on-one service to all members of the association’s under his management and will insure that every homeowner is treated with respect.
In addition, MKJ provides personalized concierge service such as mail pick-up and forwarding, snow removal services, house sitting and transportation needs at a reasonable fee. Other services can be made available upon request.
Mike Joseph is a member of the Community Association Institute, a national leading industry leader in furthering the betterment of its managers, homeowners, and Board of Directors by keeping abreast of changing laws and legislation.
MKJ will work hard to make sure your community is in compliance with current Nevada Revised Statutes, your governing documents and any policies established by your Board.
